Mountain View Apartments migrated to BNB Chain on July 29, the same path 400 Marquette took. Every wallet holding MVA on Core at snapshot block 37,287,422 received 10 BNB Chain MVA per Core token, sent automatically to the same wallet address — no claim step, no deadline. Supply is fixed at 30,000 and minting is closed forever. It now trades on the ASX markets terminal, settled in ASX.
A small number of wallets using smart-account (EIP-7702) features cannot receive this token type yet, so their MVA is reserved and held for them. If your balance is missing, get in touch and we will deliver it.

Token
MVA is a fixed supply of 30,000 tokens on BNB Chain — minting is closed forever. The supply was distributed 10:1 to holders of the original 3,000-token Core collection at the July 29 snapshot. Each token represents a pro-rata interest in a promissory note issued by ASX Limited, funded by rental cash flows from the underlying property investment — not equity in, or ownership of, the property.
How Yield Is Paid
Rental income is converted to ASX and distributed pro-rata to every MVA holder as individual on-chain transfers on BNB Chain, to the wallet holding MVA at the snapshot block. No claim step, no deadline; the full history is below.
