About ASX Capital
Bridging institutional real estate to DeFi through compliant tokenization. Real-World Assets, On-Chain.
Our Mission
ASX Capital exists to democratize access to institutional-grade real estate investments through blockchain technology. By tokenizing the cash flows of commercially-owned US properties, we enable DeFi participants to earn real yields backed by tangible assets.
Built over two years with Prism Real Estate Services (operating since 2012) and a team of legal advisors, our compliant framework ensures that every RWA NFT is properly structured, legally sound, and transparently operated.

Frequently Asked Questions
Each RWA NFT represents a digital interest in a promissory note tied to rental income from commercially-owned US real estate. NFTs do not convey equity, governance rights, or direct property ownership.
Yields come from monthly rental income generated by the underlying real estate properties. These cash flows are distributed to NFT holders according to their participation in the promissory note mechanism.
All ASX property tokens live on BNB Smart Chain — 400 Marquette, Mountain View Apartments, and every new offering are issued, traded, and paid yield there. The $ASX token itself also exists on Core Chain, and earlier RWA collections were originally minted on Core, but those have all been migrated to BNB Chain and the Core versions are retired.
The $ASX token has a 0% buy tax and 4% sell tax (chain-specific). 1% of the tax goes to USDC reflections distributed to holders. Monthly buybacks from RWA payments also support the token.
Prism Real Estate Services, operating since 2012, handles all property management including office, residential, retail, and industrial properties. They are a co-founding partner of ASX Capital.
Yes. All smart contracts are forked from the ThirdWeb library and have been independently audited. Security is a top priority for the ASX team.
All ASX property tokens are issued and traded on BNB Chain. Live assets like 400 Marquette and Mountain View Apartments trade on the ASX Markets terminal, a peer-to-peer order book with market and limit orders, settled on-chain in $ASX. Upcoming deals can be bought at $1.00 par when their primary raise opens. Retired Core Chain collections may still appear on third-party marketplaces such as Blockz and OKX Web3 — those listings are not supported, carry no yield or redemption rights, and have been replaced by their BNB Chain tokens. Only buy through the ASX Markets terminal.
Upcoming raises like Greens At Alvamar and Brookwood Village open at $1.00 par per share, and you can start with as little as $1.
